So I wrote a book about it. Alcohol causes sedation immediately, but after about 4 hours, you will receive a stimulant and will not be able to sleep successfully.

As a sedative drinking alcohol and, after the body tries to balance. Then the adrenaline in your body is triggered and alcohol in the body back down and shoot, then back again. So at some point your body feels weak and headaches. The body is looking to its normal state. And that makes it difficult to sleep.

Many believe that alcohol is a sedative, but it is actually thins the blood and increases blood pressure, so that you are a little uncomfortable, but I'm not sure why the effects would last for more than 12 hours. Hypertension is something ... Do you already have your dr. gone?

Yes, a few hours after the consumption of alcohol can you sleepy, but the restless sleep and waking more often during the rest of the night. I do not remember the process that this causes, but I'm in a scientific study.
